“An obvious American style Pale Ale brewed to resemble the old school beers that led the Craft Beer Revolution.
In the glass this beer presents a stunning amber orange color topped with an eggshell white foam cap. There is no haze to be found here, the beer is crystal clear.
Moving on to the aroma we find a combination of toffee and caramel, joined by lemon- and grapefruit rind and a touch of forest floor. The flavour follows these notes along with hints of a tannic brewed coffee and dried fruits.The mouthfeel is soft and a moderate bitter appears after the swallow.
Medium to medium-light in body, medium carbonation and medium to medium-high bitter. A pithy bitter alongers in the finish along with toffee and that forest floor note.”
